🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager / General Manager (GM)
📍 Location: Cherthala, Kerala
💼 Experience: 10+ Years | B2B Sales & Business Development
🎓 Qualification: Graduation | MBA preferred
Budget: 40% hike from current CTC
🏭 Preferred Industry: Food Ingredients / Seasoning / Spices / Flavors / Related Industries
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Lead and manage sales teams across regions
• Drive new business development & key accounts
• Manage distributors, dealers & client relationships
• Monitor market trends & competitor activities
• Handle sales forecasts, budgets & business plans
• Conduct negotiations, client meetings & presentations
• Train and motivate the sales team
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement & Management
Must Have:
✅ Strong leadership & team management
✅ Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
✅ B2B Sales & Business Development expertise
✅ MS Office & reporting skills
✅ Willingness to travel
