Designation - Sales Manager AND Business Development Manager
Industry - Machine Hardware Manufacturer
Location - Mumbai, Chennai AND Indore
Salary - Sales Manager(up to 6L) AND Business Development(up to 4L)
Experience - 1 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order
execution.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
