Priority Hearing Care Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive & Manager to drive business growth in the hearing healthcare segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate and convert leads through referrals, camps, hospitals, doctors, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Promote hearing aids, audiology services, and related solutions.
- Manage customer follow-ups, trials, sales closure, and collections.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with Audiology, CRM, Marketing, and Accounts teams.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline; candidates with a Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare background will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or hearing care.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
