🚀 We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Jaipur (On-site)
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives
✔ Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✔ Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching
✔ Monitor team productivity and improve conversions
✔ Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans
✔ Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement
✔ Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives
We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of sales experience with strong team management expertise
✅ Proven experience managing 20+ member inside sales/tele-sales teams
✅ Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment
✅ Mature, disciplined, and accountable leadership style
✅ Immediate or early joiners preferred
