What you’ll do:
* Generate leads & follow up with clients
* Conduct site visits & meetings
* Present and sell real estate investment opportunities
* Negotiate & close high-value deals
* Build long-term client relationships
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of real estate sales experience
✔️ Confident communication & strong closing skills
✔️ Comfortable travelling around Karjat
✔️ Driving licence preferred
✔️ Investment Banking / Wealth Management / Investment Sales experience = BIG plus
✔️ Target-driven, ambitious & comfortable with premium clients
📍 Work Location: Karjat, Maharashtra
🏢 Work Type: 100% On-site | No Hybrid
📅 Working Days: 6 days including weekends + 1 weekday off
