Sales Manager and Conference Producer
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hiring at: Noida, India Office
Role 1 Description:
Desired Skillset:
- Experience in developing and researching clients via Linked in, exhibitions and other professional platforms,
- Experience of association, partnership and collaborations as a service provider with different exhibition organizers, participating companies, agencies, across international exhibition markets,
- Strong negotiation and sales skills,
- Strategic mindset to achieve sales,
- Fluent English Communication is must.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities,
- Familiar with Foreign Markets (Europe, USA, Asia).
Qualifications:
- Experience ranging from 2 to 6 years (remuneration is no bar for deserving and experienced candidates)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in international exhibition stand sales and business development is a must.
- Proven past records of sales through lead generation for sales of the brand.
Role 2 Description:
Desired Skillset:
· Generate revenue through delegates, speakers, sponsors, awards etc.
· Conduct market and industry research to identify trending topics and conference opportunities,
· Developing conference agendas and event content,
· Research and identify relevant speakers, delegates, and industry professionals,
· Coordinate communication with speakers, partners, and stakeholders through calls and emails,
· Support the conference production team in planning and organizing business events,
· Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure smooth execution of events,
· Participate in brainstorming sessions for new event ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
· Min 1 year experience in the same role
· Fluent English Communication is a must.
· Ability to handle queries effectively and professionally.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Hands on experience of content creation on Canva is a plus.
Good to have:
- Candidates having exposure to another language,
- Immediate joiners preferred.
