Role Description The Sales Manager – Agency Vertical in Real Estate will oversee and grow relationships with real estate agencies in the Chandigarh market, focusing on driving sales and revenue through effective partner management. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and onboarding new agency partners, managing existing accounts, and ensuring agencies actively use SasteGhar.com’s platform and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, conducting regular meetings and site visits, providing product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and resolving partner issues in a timely manner. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to design campaigns, share market feedback, and improve platform offerings. The role also includes monitoring market trends, reporting performance metrics, training agency teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills within real estate or a related industry.
- Experience managing agency or channel partners, including relationship building, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
