- Run client meetings on Google Meet (camera on)
- Manage your client relationships and keep accurate notes and follow-ups
- Close both B2B and B2C sales
- Meet individual sales targets and report on your pipeline
What you need
- 5 or more years of sales experience
- Strong inbound and outbound calling experience
- Email-selling and client-handling experience
- A track record of closing B2B and B2C sales
- Past experience managing or leading a team
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (Punjabi is a bonus)

- Strong communication skills, professionalism and a client-facing personality
- Your own laptop, headset, reliable Wi-Fi and an inverter or UPS for power backup, plus a quiet place to work
- Able to work the full-time fixed shift below
Client-facing role
- This role involves regular client interaction via Google Meet. You must be comfortable joining client meetings with your camera on and your face visible.
- We expect professional, confident conduct and a polished, professional way of presenting to clients.
- We work extensively with international clients across time zones, so you must be comfortable with evening and night-time working hours (IST) and available for client meetings outside standard daytime hours when required.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and a client-facing personality are essential.
Shift (full-time, fixed)

Growth path
After a 1–2 month assessment period, if you consistently meet your targets, you may take on training and managing the sales team, with team-performance incentives. This is not automatic; it depends on your results and Nexa's needs.
