Job Summary
We are looking for Sales personae to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and coordinate installation and service support for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.
* NO IOLs background. ONLY SURGICAL DEVICES*
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop business with hospitals, ophthalmologists, clinics, and distributors.
•Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.
•Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
•Coordinate equipment installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
•Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
•Coordinate with Application, Service, and Head Office teams.
•Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and daily/weekly activity reports.
Requirements
•8+ years of experience in sales/service, preferably in ophthalmic or medical equipment.
•Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic & surgical equipment is preferred.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
•Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
•Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
•Candidates with experience in ophthalmic equipment companies will be preferred.
