Job Description: -
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and effective communication.
4. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Identify and pursue new market segments and channels to expand the company's customer base.
6. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
7. Ensure sales performance, collection plan, re-order against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
10. Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
11. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
12. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
13. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
