About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales executive to own and lead our field sales operations across Indore and surrounding districts. This is a senior field role — you will be the face of Elexo Plus in Indore, responsible for building our dealer/distributor network and driving consistent revenue growth across the city and its catchment areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field sales operations across Indore and surrounding districts
• Build and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, and retailers in the region
• Negotiate and finalize dealer/distributor agreements and pricing structures
• Drive primary and secondary sales targets consistently every month
• Plan and execute BTL activities, product demos, and local marketing initiatives
• Monitor and grow existing accounts while continuously acquiring new clients
• Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis to HQ
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or home appliances
• An existing network of dealers & distributors in the Indore market is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indore and surrounding districts
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler license with own vehicle
• Fluency in Hindi & local dialect preferred
