Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Sales Team. The candidate will assist customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable furniture products, and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders and deliveries.
- Maintain good product knowledge and showroom standards.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
