📍 Location: Pune
💼 Role: BESS Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)
🎓 Experience: Freshers Welcome
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 Days/Week)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive B2B sales of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) DC Blocks for Modular Data Centers, Corporate Campuses, and Defence/Government projects.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to successful deal closure.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
✅ Deliver impactful presentations and effectively communicate product value.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our clean energy solutions.
🔹 What We're Looking For
✔️ Fresh graduates with excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔️ A passion for sales, business development, and clean energy.
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
