🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with hands-on FMCG sales experience to drive new business, develop customer relationships, generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research
• Identify and develop new FMCG business opportunities
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, businesses and institutional clients
• Present and promote products effectively to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Handle negotiations, objections and close deals
• Develop existing accounts and drive repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales data
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of proven FMCG sales experience is required
• Experience in B2B / General Trade / Modern Trade / Distribution / Institutional Sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and results-driven approach
• Strong lead generation and business development skills
• Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore for business development

✅ FMCG Sales Experience
✅ Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market
✅ Experience handling retailers, distributors or institutional clients
✅ Existing FMCG network will be an advantage
✅ Strong negotiation and closing abilities
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented
