Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling Sparkline’s material handling solutions by engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning solutions to their needs. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing detailed proposals, maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Strong Technical Support skills to address customer inquiries and provide accurate, detailed information
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), or relevant professional experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and solutions is a plus
