🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SALES ENGINEER – SOLAR PV ☀️
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience/interest in the Solar PV industry to join our team.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer site surveys
• Design suitable Solar PV solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals & quotations
• Explain ROI, payback period & savings to customers
• Coordinate with Engineering & Project Execution teams
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Support project handover after order confirmation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track competitors, pricing & market trends
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Develop new customers, EPCs, dealers & distributors
🎯 Key Performance Areas:
• Site surveys completed accurately
• Monthly/Quarterly sales achievement
• New customers acquired
• New EPCs/Dealers/Distributors onboarded
