About the Internship
This three-month paid internship is open to students pursuing BBA, BCom, BA, BSc or MBA degrees. Interns will work with Ziriz.ai’s go-to-market team on account research, prospecting, outreach, CRM management, and sales development, with regular training and feedback.
The role combines market research, account mapping, personalized outreach, CRM discipline and customer-learning. No prior cybersecurity experience is required; curiosity, communication, initiative and the willingness to learn matter more.
What You Will Work On
· Understand Ziriz.ai’s customers, buyer personas, use cases and competitive landscape through guided product and market sessions.
· Research target companies across BFSI, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, government and other API-intensive sectors.
· Identify relevant stakeholders such as CISOs, CTOs, AppSec leaders, Security Architects and DevSecOps leaders.
· Build accurate account and contact lists using publicly available information and approved prospecting tools.
Create thoughtful outreach
· Help draft personalized email and LinkedIn outreach based on each prospect’s business, technology environment and likely security priorities.
· Support multichannel prospecting under the guidance of the founders and GTM team.
· Learn how to communicate a technical product in clear, outcome-oriented language.
· Follow up professionally and respectfully with prospects, event contacts and earlier leads.
Support discovery and pipeline development
· Help schedule introductory conversations, discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
· Prepare short account briefs before meetings and capture clear notes, action items and next steps afterward.
· Observe selected customer conversations to learn how enterprise buyers evaluate cybersecurity products.
· Keep prospect and activity information accurate and current in the CRM.
Contribute to startup GTM experiments
· Test different industries, personas, messages and outreach approaches as part of structured campaigns.
· Track response patterns and help identify which messages and segments create genuine interest.
· Share market observations, objections and customer feedback during weekly review sessions.
· Complete a final internship project recommending improvements to Ziriz.ai’s SDR playbook.
