We are hiring for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) .
Job Details:
- Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Experience: 1+ Years
- Location: Bengaluru (Kudlu Gate)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Support the sales team in deal closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and activity records in CRM.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good cold-calling and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in IT Services or IT Staffing is preferred.
