Achivix is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our global client base.
This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who is confident in B2B prospecting, outreach, and closing conversations.
What you’ll do
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
• Understand prospects’ requirements and introduce Achivix’s services
• Follow up and move qualified opportunities toward closure
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients
💰 Compensation
Commission-based only
You can work on either:
• Commission per successful closed deal, or
• A mutually agreed percentage of the revenue generated
There is no fixed salary for this role. Your earning potential is directly tied to the business you generate.
Who we’re looking for
• Experience in B2B sales or SDR/BDR roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• Ability to independently generate opportunities
• Experience selling B2B services is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
