About Us
At BLDX, we’re building the AI Project Manager for Construction, a platform that helps project teams plan, execute, and deliver projects smarter and faster.
Our mission is simple yet bold: to make construction faster, leaner, and more predictable through AI, data, and automation.
By connecting schedules, daily reports, and material data, BLDX’s AI Co-Pilot predicts delays, optimizes resources, and saves thousands of man-hours, empowering construction teams to focus on building, not firefighting.
Why Join Us
This isn’t just another sales role it’s a chance to be part of the founding growth team shaping how AI transforms one of the world’s largest industries: construction.
At BLDX, you’ll work directly with the founding team to connect with top industry leaders, open new markets, and build relationships that drive real business impact. You’ll learn how to sell cutting-edge AI technology, master enterprise outreach, and play a key role in scaling a high-growth SaaS startup.
We offer ESOPs for early team members who want to grow with us as we expand globally.
Your Mission
As an SDR at BLDX, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth, identifying enterprise prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and booking demos with senior construction leaders (VPs, Project Directors, and CEOs). You’ll work directly with the founder and enterprise sales head to open doors, test outreach strategies, and build our early sales playbook.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos with the sales team.
- Build and maintain CRM hygiene — track leads, progress, and results.

- Work closely with leadership to test new verticals and refine ICP.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or construction tech preferred.

- Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn in enterprise sales.
- Comfortable reaching out to senior executives and project heads.
- Curiosity about AI, construction, and how technology transforms industries.
What You'll Get
- Ownership of high-impact outbound campaigns.
- Incentives and ESOPs for top performers.
- A chance to grow into Account Executive or Revenue Manager roles.
- Be part of a mission-driven team building the future of construction.
