We are hiring a Sales & Customer Care Executive with hands-on experience in the Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding
- Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition and Customer Handling
- Ability to identify, approach and onboard new clients
- Experience handling or communicating with Middle East / international clients
- Strong client follow-up, relationship management and coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working from Vaishali, Ghaziabad
- Salary expectation must be within ₹40,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard new logistics/shipping clients
- Handle Middle East and international client communication
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert business opportunities
- Manage existing customer queries and requirements
- Coordinate internally for quotations, shipments and customer updates
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business
Important: Candidates without prior Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry experience will not be considered.
