About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our luxury jewellery showroom. You will handle clients, understand their requirements, present jewellery, follow up with enquiries and convert showroom visits into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom and online customer enquiries.
- Understand client needs, preferences and budget.
- Present and explain jewellery designs and craftsmanship.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a premium customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Hindi and good spoken English.
- Confident, well-presented and customer-focused.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality or premium sales is preferred.
