Why this role exists
People reach out to us at a vulnerable moment. They're tired of guessing and looking for someone to listen to. That someone is you.
You'll talk to them, understand what they're going through, and help them decide whether Femly is the right next step. You won't be pushing products. You'll be starting conversations that change lives.
What you'll do
- Make inbound and outbound calls
- Listen first, so you really understand their health concerns
- Explain our programs clearly and answer every question
- Follow up like a pro and keep leads warm
- Turn conversations into enrolled clients and hit monthly targets
- Keep your CRM and records clean
- Work with our internal teams so every client has a great experience
You might be our person if you
- Can talk to anyone and make them feel heard
- Know how to persuade and negotiate without being pushy
- Are self-driven and love owning your targets
- Do great work independently in a remote setup
- Have experience in sales, counseling, or consulting (nice to have, not a must)
- Are a fresher with great communication skills and the hunger to learn (yes, we mean it)
- Know your way around CRM tools and MS Office (bonus points)
