About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Intern to support the go-to-market efforts for MeshDex One.
This role focuses on identifying potential B2B customers, initiating conversations with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, arranging product demonstrations, and helping acquire pilot customers for MeshDex One.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B SaaS sales, customer discovery, business development, and early-stage startup growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other appropriate channels.
- Initiate conversations to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and customer requirements.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos or discovery meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects and assist in converting qualified leads into pilot customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Collect prospect feedback and share insights to improve product positioning and the sales process.
- Collaborate with the founding team on pitch materials, sales messaging, proposals, and go-to-market activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, SaaS products, and technology startups.
- Ability to research businesses, identify prospects, and communicate professionally with potential clients.
- Willingness to conduct outbound outreach and follow up consistently.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and professional email communication.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Students, fresh graduates, and aspiring sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation & Performance Terms
Please read carefully before applying:
- This is a performance-based, commission-based internship opportunity. There is no fixed stipend or guaranteed salary under the current arrangement.

- Pilot customers must meet the company's qualification criteria and have genuine interest in evaluating MeshDex One.
- Only verified and approved achievements will qualify for the applicable payout.
- Commission rates, payout amounts, targets, eligibility criteria, and payment timelines will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before the candidate starts.
- Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with a target-driven, outcome-oriented role.
