Recruiter Intern

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful Recruiter Intern who can own sourcing and screening for live client mandates from day one — not just shadow a hiring process. You'll work across both tech and non-tech, niche profiles, learning how to find people others can't, and how to move them through a process with real client deadlines behind it.

What You'll Do
• Source candidates for open client mandates across both tech and non-tech, niche profiles — using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
• Write and post job descriptions that actually attract the right candidates, not generic copy-paste listings
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round phone/video screens to assess fit, intent, notice period, and basic qualifications
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for each mandate — track candidates through the funnel from sourced to offer
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams, and chase feedback on both sides so nothing stalls
• Keep candidates warm and informed throughout the process — a good candidate experience reflects directly on AxioraPeople
• Work with the founding team to understand each client's hiring bar, role nuances, and calibrate sourcing accordingly
• Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate and mandate records so every search stays on track
• Flag stuck mandates early and proactively suggest new sourcing angles rather than waiting to be asked
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience, ideally across niche profiles spanning both tech and non-tech roles
• Comfortable with sourcing tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search — and open to using AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Strong communication skills — clear and professional on the phone, over email, and in candidate conversations
• A sharp eye for talent — you can tell a genuinely strong candidate from someone who just looks good on paper
• Organized and process-driven — you can run multiple live mandates at once without losing track of any of them
• High integrity — honest with candidates about the role and honest with clients about the pipeline, even when the news isn't great

• Based in or able to work from Gurugram, comfortable working in-office
Compensation
• Monthly stipend + performance-linked bonus tied to successful placements
