DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales AVP to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with BFSI brands to offer digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, ASO).
- Pitch agency capabilities through presentations and customized proposals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings for Mumbai-based brands and virtual meetings for outstation clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with marketing and brand teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy alignment and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on BFSI marketing trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or Media Industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and business planning.
- Client relationship management.
- Revenue forecasting and sales analytics.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large enterprise accounts.
