Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for supporting prospective learners and enrolled students through the admissions and sales process. This role involves greeting visitors, responding to walk-in and phone inquiries, explaining Board360’s programs and certifications, and guiding individuals through registration and payment steps. The Sales Attendant will maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments, follow up with interested candidates, and collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent information and smooth service. Daily tasks include handling basic administrative duties related to sales, preparing materials for counselling sessions, and providing a welcoming and professional experience to all visitors. The role requires regular coordination with team members to meet enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of learner support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain programs clearly and engage with diverse learners and families.
- Customer service and sales support skills, including handling inquiries, following up on leads, and assisting with admissions processes.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and using office productivity tools.
- Comfort with technology and data entry, including use of CRM or student management systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi on a full-time schedule, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Prior experience in education counselling, front-desk operations, or retail/customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
