Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify potential customers, present suitable imaging and diagnostic equipment solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure successful installation and after-sales support, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights. The Sales Associate will represent C37 Healthcare professionally, build long-term customer relationships, and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand and explain technical features of medical imaging and diagnostic equipment in clear, accessible language.
- Experience with basic sales processes such as lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment, including travel within the region to meet clients as needed.
- Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction and company values.
