🚨 We're Hiring: Junior Sales Executive | Kochi
Are you confident, energetic, and passionate about sales? Do you enjoy speaking with clients, understanding their needs, and turning opportunities into successful deals?
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Kochi.
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
💼 Job Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 per month
🎯 Experience: Junior-level / Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Contact company-provided leads and work towards converting them into customers.
• Understand client requirements and explain our products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
• Schedule and attend client meetings via phone, online, or in person.
• Present our services professionally and handle client queries.
• Follow up consistently with prospects after calls and meetings.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and sales records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business-development activities.
• Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Kochi.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
