Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist Intern to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Gandhinagar. This role offers hands-on exposure to both sales and marketing in a fast-paced, AI-powered creative technology environment. You'll support lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement efforts while working closely with our sales and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Assist in executing sales campaigns and outreach initiatives to generate and qualify leads
- Help prepare presentations, product demos, and pitch materials for prospects
- Collect and organize feedback from prospects and customers to inform sales and product strategy
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate pipeline and customer data
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support reporting for sales and marketing activities
- Draft communication materials, including outreach emails, follow-ups, and promotional content
- Respond to inbound inquiries and support customer onboarding
- Participate in product training sessions to build deep familiarity with M Studio.ai's features
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign execution and content initiatives
- Support the sales management team with reports, pipeline updates, and administrative follow-ups

- Organizational Skills: Interest in sales management practices — organizing pipeline data, reporting, and supporting campaign execution
- Education: Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Digital Awareness: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus
- Team Fit: Comfortable working on-site in Gandhinagar with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment
- Work Ethic: Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
