Job Title: Sales Executive (Marketing Company)

Salary: ₹20,000/month fixed + attractive performance incentives
We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing marketing company. If you have experience in lead generation and client management in a marketing or digital agency, we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Pitch our digital marketing services and close deals
- Prepare proposals and meet monthly sales targets
- Manage existing clients and drive retention and upselling
- Coordinate with our creative/marketing team for client delivery
- Maintain lead and client records in CRM
What we are looking for:
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- [1-3] years of experience in sales or client servicing in a marketing/advertising/digital agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and paid ads
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and good at follow-ups
