📢 WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to join our garment business and help us expand our customer base and online presence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and market our garment products to new and existing customers
• Generate new B2B/B2C leads through online and offline marketing
• Identify and approach potential buyers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and businesses
• Manage and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and product promotions
• Create/manage engaging product content, posts, reels and promotional material
• Handle enquiries and follow up with potential leads
• Explore new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business targets
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in Garment/Textile/Fashion Industry will be preferred
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to generate leads independently
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results
• Creative, proactive and willing to take initiative
• Freshers with strong marketing skills and the right attitude may also apply
📍 Location: Street No. 1, Banda Bahadur Colony, Bahadur Ke Road, Ludhiana, Punjab
📌 Preferred: Local candidates
