We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
* Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other sales channels.
* Meet customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable lighting and switch solutions.
* Present and explain product features, specifications, applications and benefits.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors and customers.
* Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
* Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
* Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile
* Freshers with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, switches, interiors, building materials or related industries, will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and presentable personality.
* Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
* Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building ability.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Willingness to travel for customer and market visits when required.
