🚀 We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Local & International Client Acquisition
Reachout Marketing | Salem, Tamil Nadu | Hybrid / Remote
Are you a hunter who enjoys finding businesses, starting conversations, pitching solutions and closing deals?
Reachout Marketing is looking for a Sales & Marketing client acquisition Specialist to help us acquire and grow clients across both Indian and international markets.
This is not a role where you simply wait for leads.
We're looking for someone who can:
Find → Connect → Pitch → Follow Up → Negotiate → Close. 🎯
Your Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients across local, Indian and international markets
- Prospect businesses through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, directories and other channels
- Identify business owners, founders, CEOs and key decision-makers
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns
- Understand prospects' marketing and business challenges
- Present Reachout Marketing's services and solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospects
- Follow up consistently until the opportunity is closed
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Build long-term client relationships
- Identify new industries, territories and revenue opportunities
What We're Looking For
We're looking for salespeople, not just people with sales experience.
You should be:
✅ Confident communicating in English
✅ Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Comfortable with cold calling
✅ Persistent with follow-ups
✅ Target-driven and commercially minded
✅ Comfortable hearing “NO” and trying again
✅ Good at understanding customer needs
✅ Able to pitch and negotiate confidently
✅ Comfortable using digital sales tools
✅ Capable of working independently
✅ Hungry to learn, improve and close more deals
Advantageous Experience
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- B2B sales
- Business development
- Digital marketing sales
- Website/SEO/branding sales
- Agency sales
- SaaS or service-based sales
- Local business acquisition
- International B2B sales
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM and sales automation
- US / UK / Australian / European / Middle Eastern markets
Freshers with exceptional communication, confidence and sales ability may also be considered.
Compensation
During the 3-month probation period:
₹10,000/month stipend
+ performance-based commission
After successful probation:
₹15,000–₹20,000/month, based on performance and capability.
Plus:
5% commission on eligible sales revenue from clients personally acquired and closed.
The stronger your performance, the stronger your earning potential.

Travel
The position can be remote/WFH, but candidates must be willing to travel when required for official business activities, client meetings, exhibitions, events or other company requirements.
