ROLE DESCRIPTION - Sales & Marketing Specialist
Location: Full-Time, On-Site - Ranzeal Fitness Pvt Ltd, MIDC Satpur, Nashik

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and field visits.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiate & close deals.
Follow up on enquiries from IndiaMart, Website, References and convert them into orders.
Collaborate with internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions & branding activities.
Track daily sales performance, maintain records in CRM / Excel, and prepare sales reports.
Provide market feedback to management on customer needs, competitor activities & pricing trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Strong Communication, Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills.
Proven skills in Lead Generation, Negotiation & Closing.Experience in Sales Management and handling sales process.
2-5 years of experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Sales preferred.
Experience in Metals, Steel, Engineering products will be a big advantage.
Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports & work on CRM / MS Office.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated & target-oriented.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.
Two-wheeler with license preferred for local client visits.
