Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and managing client accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, and effectively communicating product value to potential and existing customers. An essential part of this role includes working closely with internal teams to achieve marketing and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and fostering customer satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Understanding of Business operations and strategies in sales and marketing
- Self-motivation, ability to work collaboratively, and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
