Cally360 Intercom is starting a 90 Working Days Marketing & Sales Thon across India.
We are looking for 90 people who are serious about sales and marketing.
Freshers can also apply. Previous experience is an advantage, but your actual sales performance will matter most.
What is the challenge?
You will be given the opportunity to sell Cally360 Digital Intercom.
Cally360 is a smartphone-based digital intercom solution for homes, apartments, offices, businesses and other properties.
The starting package is:
₹169 per month
₹2,028 per year
For every successful sale you make during the Sales Thon:
₹500 CASH REWARD PER SALE
That means:
100 sales = ₹50,000
250 sales = ₹1,25,000
500 sales = ₹2,50,000
1,000 sales = ₹5,00,000
Your sales are your achievement and your reward is directly based on your sales.
The 1,000 Sales Challenge
There is also a bigger opportunity.
The participant who reaches 1,000 successful sales within the 90 Working Days will be considered for the Marketing Head position at Cally360.
The Marketing Head position will be based in Kochi.
Marketing Head Salary
₹45,000 to ₹2.6 Lakh per month
The final salary will depend on the candidate's performance, experience and responsibilities.
We are not looking only for someone who can make sales.
We are looking for someone who can eventually build and manage a sales team.
What will you do?
Your main work will be:
- Find new customers for Cally360.
- Contact potential customers.
- Explain the Cally360 product and pricing.
- Demonstrate the product to interested customers.
- Convert enquiries into paid customers.
- Develop your own sales leads and contacts.
- Promote Cally360 through online and offline methods.
- Maintain your customer and sales details.
- Work towards your sales target.
- Build relationships with customers and generate referrals.
If you are selected for a leadership role, you will also be expected to build and manage a sales team.
