Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining loan and financial product offerings, and guiding customers through the application and approval process. The specialist will build and maintain relationships with clients, manage follow-ups, and support after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams and financial partners, tracking sales performance, and participating in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and training programs to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support business development.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding, share product knowledge, and guide team members when needed.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or loan distribution is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
