Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Noida. The representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, promote company products, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing sales proposals, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, gathering market insights, assisting in training customers or internal teams on product features, and collaborating with technical and operations staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations and basic training sessions to customers or colleagues.
- Relevant experience in telecom, networking, or related technical products is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, presentations, spreadsheets).
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits as required.
