Cheery Co. is on a mission to make celebrations easier, more exciting, and completely hassle-free - and we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who wants to grow with us, not just intern with us. From creating scroll-stopping reels and campaign ideas to talking to customers, following up on leads, and helping convert interest into bookings, you’ll be right at the heart of how the brand grows.
We’re looking for someone with creativity, energy, curiosity, and a startup mindset. Someone who spots trends, comes up with fresh ideas, communicates confidently, and enjoys turning ideas into action. What You’ll Work On
You’ll be at the centre of Cheery Co.’s growth — combining sales, customer engagement, content, and digital marketing.
Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media, understand their event needs, recommend the right services, and help convert leads into bookings.
Follow up with prospects, maintain lead records, coordinate with operations, and identify customer insights that can improve our sales process.
Grow Cheery Co. across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels.
Create fresh ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, ads, offers, captions, and campaign concepts.
Turn real event photos and videos into engaging, scroll-stopping social content.
Research trends, competitors, viral formats, and new growth opportunities.
Assist with Meta Ads, experiment with campaign ideas, and analyse what actually performs.
Maintain the content calendar, update website galleries/promotions, and ensure consistent brand communication.
Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and repeat bookings.
Most importantly, keep finding creative ways to make Cheery Co. more discoverable, memorable, and loved.
