About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern who wants to build a career in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
You’ll get hands-on exposure to real brand campaigns and work closely with influencers, creators, brands, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔎 Scout and identify relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign requirements.
- 📊 Research and maintain creator databases and campaign records.
- 💬 Communicate with influencers regarding campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
- 🤝 Build and maintain professional relationships with creators.
- 💰 Support creator negotiations and commercial discussions.
- 📅 Coordinate with creators throughout the campaign execution process.
- 📋 Track deliverables, campaign progress, approvals, and deadlines.
- 📈 Maintain campaign data using Google Sheets/Excel.
- 🤝 Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams.
- 📝 Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign activities.
- 💡 Stay updated with social media trends, creators, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
- Candidates who have completed their education/degree are eligible to apply. Currently pursuing students are not eligible.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or the creator economy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally with influencers and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content.
