Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support the sales and marketing of software solutions of the firm. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, supporting customer service interactions, and helping prepare sales presentations and training materials. The role also involves maintaining sales documentation, coordinating with team members on lead follow-ups, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives. Understanding client's requirement is also a part of it. This position offers hands-on experience in sales operations and marketing activities within an AI-focused technology company.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive client experience.
- Sales skills to assist with lead generation, prospecting, and basic sales outreach activities.
- Training and Sales Management support skills to help prepare training materials and organize sales workflows.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and interest in technology and AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort with online communication tools.
