Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support sales activities by researching potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and helping maintain customer records. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and basic marketing materials, and assisting in the coordination of outreach initiatives. The intern will also help respond to customer inquiries, participate in internal training related to sales processes, and collaborate with the team to improve client engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking of sales activities.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training support, including learning and applying sales processes and helping share knowledge within the team.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of marketing principles, proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort with online research and documentation are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (completed or in progress), along with a strong interest in international trade and exports, is preferred.
