Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur. The individual in this role will identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective and existing clients, and promote Promech’s sheet metal enclosure solutions in LV and MV switchgear markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with the engineering and production teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in trade events or customer visits as needed. The executive is expected to build strong customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to design and implement effective campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in Market Research, including analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Preferred experience in industrial products, sheet metal fabrication, or electrical switchgear enclosures.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur and travel to client locations when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
