Job Title - Drone RPTO Instructor
Location - Chennai
Department - RPTO Instructor
Experience - 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct classroom/theoretical training as per the approved DGCA syllabus.
🔹 Deliver practical drone flight training and demonstrations.
🔹 Train candidates on pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight procedures.
🔹 Conduct flight planning, risk assessment and safety briefings.
🔹 Train candidates in emergency procedures and safe drone operations.
🔹 Evaluate trainee performance and conduct practical assessments.
🔹 Maintain trainee attendance, training, flight and assessment records.
🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable DGCA regulations, Drone Rules, RPTO TPM and SOPs.
🔹 Support internal and DGCA audits/inspections when required.
🔹 Ensure safe operation of drones, batteries, payloads and associated equipment.
🔹 Assist in updating training materials, checklists, SOPs and assessment resources.
🔹 Promote a strong safety culture throughout all training activities.
Qualifications:
✅ TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certification is Mandatory
✅ Strong practical drone flying experience.
✅ Ability to conduct both classroom and practical flight training.
