Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Reservations Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves handling room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and availability. The executive will process bookings, amendments, and cancellations in the reservations system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to hotel policies. Daily tasks include coordinating with front office and sales teams to manage room inventory, support group bookings, and optimize occupancy and revenue. The role also requires maintaining high standards of guest communication, resolving reservation-related issues, and contributing to a smooth pre-arrival experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings accurately and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote room categories, packages, and add-on services, supporting revenue generation.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or hospitality operations is beneficial.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
- A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
