We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join CAARA’s Front of House team. The roles are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations for Indore location!

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations and service.
- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest experiences.
- Manage guest reservations, seating, enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Lead, supervise, and support the FOH team during service.
- Maintain CAARA’s service, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards.
- Monitor table service, guest satisfaction, and overall floor presentation.
- Support sales, upselling, and achievement of outlet targets.
- Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments.
- Ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are followed.
- Handle shift opening/closing responsibilities and operational reports as applicable.
