We are looking for passionate and guest-focused professionals to join our Food & Beverage Service team.
🔹 Positions:
• Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service
• Senior Guest Service Associate (Senior GSA) – F&B Service
📍 Location: Fortune Inn Heritage Walk, Amritsar, Punjab
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent guest service and dining experience
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations as per hotel standards
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
• Maintain service, hygiene and grooming standards
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen and other departments
• Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
• Hotel Management qualification preferred
• Relevant F&B Service experience preferred for Senior GSA
• Freshers may apply for GSA
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
