Required Experience: 2-3 years proven experience in similar role.
Required Skills:
Proficient in using MS Excel and Advance Analytical Tools like Python, Tableau and SQL. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Education Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and ensure timely completion of weekly/monthly Meter Reading at site and data submission to SLDCs/RLDCs as applicable.
2. Validate Meter Reading/SEM data and record the details in the format provided.
3. Analyse the data to check any discrepancy and share the report.
4. Prepare monthly invoices and ensure timely submission to offtakers.
5. Track invoices and follow up with offtakers to ensure timely payments.
6. Reconcile payment receipts and share details with all stakeholders.
7. Track and manage payment securities to ensure compliance and security.
8. Obtain/download all applicable statutory bills from respective sources and process for payments.
9. Share payment intimations to counterparties and coordinate for any deviations till resolution.
10. Perform payment reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
11. Handle regulatory and other communications in accordance with the set standard operating procedures (SOP).
12. Study regulations and policy updates and share reports to management and clients as per instructed format.
13. Manage the communications and correspondence maintaining proper repository of the same.
14. Prepare periodical reports for clients and internal management as instructed.
15. Coordinate with other cross-functional teams for the exchange of periodical data. 16. Manage document management systems (DMS) for timely and correct data repository.
