SEVORA is a premium fashion technology platform focused on making premium fashion more accessible through curated discovery, personalised shopping, Try At Home and fast delivery.
As we scale our customer base and revenue, we are looking for a commercially driven Revenue & Growth Manager to build and manage SEVORA's customer acquisition, sales, conversion and retention engine.
This is a hands-on revenue ownership role for someone who can combine strategy, sales, growth, analytics and team management to deliver measurable business results.
Role Overview
The Revenue & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, sales conversion, revenue growth and customer retention across digital and offline channels.
Customer journey: Acquisition → Lead Generation → Sales → Try At Home → Conversion → Repeat Purchase.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable building processes from the ground up, managing teams, testing new growth channels and taking ownership of commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & GMV Growth
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/GMV targets.
- Develop revenue plans and channel-wise targets.
- Monitor daily and weekly revenue performance.
- Identify revenue gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Improve AOV, order frequency, conversion and customer LTV.
- Develop strategies to improve overall revenue and contribution margin.
2. Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to optimise Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Identify and develop new acquisition channels.
- Evaluate channels based on CAC, conversion, GMV and profitability.
- Develop referral, community and partnership-led acquisition opportunities.
- Identify high-value customer segments and develop acquisition strategies around them.
3. Sales & Customer Conversion
- Own SEVORA's inside-sales and customer conversion function.
- Build processes for handling customer enquiries and high-intent leads.
- Develop strategies for abandoned carts, Try At Home follow-ups, WhatsApp enquiries, customer calls, product recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.
- Improve Lead → Try At Home → Purchase conversion.
- Establish sales targets, processes, scripts and incentive structures.
- Monitor salesperson productivity and conversion performance.
4. Partnerships & Community Sales
- Identify and develop partnerships with premium residential communities, clubs, salons, hotels, corporates, events and lifestyle businesses.
- Build a strong partnership pipeline.
- Develop community-led customer acquisition programs.
- Drive app downloads, customer registrations, Try At Home bookings and first orders through partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Track partner-level customer acquisition and GMV.
- Scale partnerships that demonstrate strong customer acquisition economics.
5. CRM, Clienteling & Retention
- Work closely with CRM/Clienteling teams to increase repeat revenue.
- Develop strategies across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Email, SMS, Abandoned Cart, Customer Reactivation, Cross-selling and Upselling.
- Develop personalised customer journeys.
- Build VIP/high-value customer programs.
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer LTV.
- Identify opportunities to convert existing customers into higher-value and more frequent buyers.
6. Team Management
- Build and manage the initial Revenue & Growth team, including Fashion Sales/Inside Sales, Partnerships & Community Sales, CRM & Clienteling, Fashion Styling/Personal Shopping and Performance Marketing/Growth support.
- Hire and onboard team members.
- Set individual and team targets.
- Define incentive structures.
- Create SOPs and sales processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coach team members and build a target-driven, revenue-focused culture.
7. Performance & Growth
- Work with the Performance Marketing team to optimise customer acquisition.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS/MER and acquisition quality.
- Analyse the ecommerce funnel: Traffic → Product View → Add to Cart → Try At Home → Checkout → Purchase.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Recommend CRO improvements.
- Analyse campaign, category, product, brand and geography-level performance.
- Support A/B testing and growth experiments.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue per visitor and AOV.
8. Revenue Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain a revenue dashboard covering GMV, Net Revenue, Orders, AOV, New Customers, Repeat Customers, CAC, Conversion Rate, Try At Home → Purchase %, Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, Contribution Margin, Channel-wise GMV, Salesperson-wise GMV and Partnership-wise GMV.
